these are perfect, they are very deep so was able to cook so much more. No spill over as they are deep. Washed up beautifully. They are very heavy so cooks very fast. Nothing but positive things to report of them. I bought four and they all fit in the oven so saves on large cooking tasks.
A lot of recopies that call for a 9x13 fill the dish to the top. The deeper pan prevents spillage and making a mess.
Love the 2 deep pyrex dishes I have purchased, great for baking , making lasagna, roasting a chicken and a roast. You can't get better than Pyrex, it cleans easily and if taken care of it will lasts for years to come. .
Great quality, sturdy and depth is perfect
Great deep dish great for foods like lasagna. Would be nicer if it came with a lid.
Perfect deep dish bakeware!
Great baking dish amazing size
It's great for lasagna and roasting many things. Make sure room temperature is set for the glass before putting into the oven. Also when removing from the oven place on trivets to cool down. Never move from fridge/freezer into baking, it will probably shatter. Also when baking with glass set temperature 25 F less than recommended for metal roasting pans and add 10min extra to compensate for the lower temperature. When I bake carrot cake in this container I use parchment paper to remove the cake immediately from the glass after baking time is up. By doing this your food or baked goods won't over cook and dry. Glass containers take longer to heat up and longer to cool down so they will over bake or over roast your food if you wait for the glass to cool down. It cleans easily, doesn't stain and holds no odours. I gave 4/5 stars because you have to be mindful of the temperature change when baking.
First, it's smaller than advertised because they included the handles in the length. I also discovered I could have bought a set of two - one 9x13 and one 8x8 deep dishes for $10 cheaper at a Walmart 30 miles down the road. They would not deliver or ship from there. Beware
In two month, the dish broke and shattered into pieces. No exposure to any heat source. Waste of money!!
