I cultivated a taste for curry (full of tumeric) while living in WESPAC. I learned to make it but now everyone is gone. this is the best for a curry quick-fix. especially if you have a cold or allergies. it may not cure you but you'll feel better after curry.
I dont like spicy things bt the spice on this one wasnt bad at all! I tried the butter chicken one first %26 got hooked! All the different flavors are all remarkably outstanding!! Get some Naan bread %26 warm it up then scoop the chicken marsala on it %26 eat ...yumm😋 Now i need to learn the recipes to make myself 😁 Definitely the best thing ive tasted from a frozen container in a very long time .
I am not sure if the Chicken Tikka Masala has been changed to this. I feel like I order Tikka Masala, but get this in my pick up orders. Either way, this is delicious, and it honestly tastes a lot like the Tikka Masala - and it is delicious!! It is restaurant quality in my opinion - spicy but not too crazy. A nice kick. And, it is only 330 calories. Super delicious, balanced and satisfying perfect lunch. I highly recommend.
I bought this on a whim. I've had premade Indian food before and it was lackluster, so I wasn't expecting much. I was wrong. This is the absolute best frozen grocery store meal I've ever had. it legit tastes like what you'd get from an authentic Indian restaurant. I don't review groceries often lol, but had to review this one.
I'm the only one in my family who enjoys curry, so it's not something I ever cook from scratch. I was so happy to discover this frozen curry meal—it lets me enjoy delicious, authentic curry in a single-serve portion without the effort of making a full batch just for myself. The flavor is spot-on, with a wonderful balance of spice and richness that isn't overwhelming. The chicken is real, tender, and flavorful—not that strange, spongy stuff you sometimes find in frozen meals. The rice also heats up beautifully in the microwave, staying fluffy and not dry or mushy. It only takes minutes to prepare, and I love how convenient it is. The portion size is just right—satisfying without being too heavy. I sometimes add a bit of fruit chutney on the side, but honestly, it tastes great all on its own. A high-quality frozen meal that brings curry night to my table, no cooking required!
Excellent if you're jonesing for Indian and there's no restaurant nearby! Really tasty. Not hot, but nice and flavorful. This is a great brand. Hopefully, we'll see more variety from them on the shelves!
Good price. Portion just right for me. Flavor is very good. Sadly my Wal-Mart stopped stocking this!!!!! Please get this product back along with several other frozen Indian meals from Deep!
the chicken can be suspect sometimes but with deep indian the flavors are always a hit for my body, soul and spirit . I love the palak paneer one but i wish they would expand id like to see more easy to eat vegetarian options im not vegan but am on a weigh loss journey and these help and who needs meat everyday cMon yall its not good for us.
My opinion the taste is awesome but it can use more meat and sauce to avoid dryness . I have an Autistic kid and she loves it but it's not enough chicken or sauce and I have to dressing it up
I have no idea what everyone else is talking about. This tastes like chicken that's been boiled for 30 years in water, drowning in a jar of cinnamon pretending to be curry, with tomato sauce watered down to oblivion. The rice? Plain white rice in a yellow costume, pretending to be turmeric. Absolutely nothing about this resembles a real curry—just a sad frozen-food impostor.
