Deep Sleep - 120 Fast-Acting Softgels by Herbs Etc

You have to give it some time to work. I take 2 at the same time is what works for me.

I have tried several types of sleep aid and found Deep Sleep to be one of the most effective supplements. It would take several days to see effect but I don't think I can live without this supplement for now. All that I need is just one softgel before bedtime and I fall asleep rather quickly. No side effects so far and I've been using it for over 2 months now.

I have used many sleep aides over the years and have found Deep Sleep to be the best over the counter. I usually only take one about 30 minutes before I get into bed, I go to sleep quickly, usually stay asleep-if I wake II take the second one-and always have dreams that I remember. I wake refreshed and have never experienced a "hang over"

It takes a lot of trial and error before one finds something that works for them. Deep Sleep soft gels is that product for me! Will be singing its praises forever!

I have not yet ordered this from Swansons but will the next time I need it. It is very effective and it works very well. You must give it 3 days to see any benefit. I love it and use it every night to help me sleep and wake up feeling great.

This is a very helpful sleep-inducing combination of safe, non-toxic herbs. It does not have a disagreeable odor as many other herbal sleeping preparations do, so that is an added positive factor. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 rating stars is that it takes up to 2 hours to work -- plus I need double the suggested dose. But I nevertheless recommend it.

I thought it worked well for a while, but then went back to benadryl.
