My hair feel deeply clean and deep conditioned when I use this product
I've tried so many purple shampoos for my daughter who has naturally light blonde hair. We have a salt water pool that is mixed with chlorine and her hair goes green in the summer because of it. This shampoo is the only one we find that actually works to take the green out. Highly recommend!
Love this product. I use the conditioner, as well the leave-in conditioning heat protectant, and my hair is so well toned, nourished and protected. Every time I use this product, I get asked if I got my hair done because my balayage highlights pop so much more & catch the light in a beautiful way. It doesn't leave my hair feeling heavy or greasy, it genuinely feels clean & then nourished with the conditioner. I also have the repair treatment platinum X leave in mask & I use that once a week to get some extra moisture. Love this brand, love their products, definitely buying again.
Love this shampoo. Haven't used long enough to know if it actually helps with the brassiness but doesn't leave my hair as dry as other purple shampoos has! Leaves me feeling clean for at least 3 days! Super satisfied with this product so far and will keep using!
I liked this product. I have bought it 3 times now. My hair is highlighted, not over all dyed. I find that it keeps my hair feeling soft and hydrated. I don't have trouble with too dry or too oily. I have normal, fine hair. I use the flat iron and other hair products. The Rusk shampoo seems to be a great addition to my hair care routine. I use it, in combination with my other shampoo, about 2 times a week.
I have light brown hair with cool tone blonde balayage and this stuff is great at keeping my highlights cool tone blonde and not brassy. I only use this when my hair starts to look a bit brassy, so typically every couple weeks. The bottle lasts forever and it's fairly priced. My only complaint is that it drys out my hair a lot so I usually use in it conjunction with a thick hair mask to bring back some moisture.
I used this shampoo recently when I had some highlights. My hairstylist recommended I use it every once in a while to keep my hair from yellowing. When using it I really did not see much of a difference. I must say I was not using it regularly. I would use my usual shampoo and this one once or twice every week maybe, and did not notice a significant difference after each use, again maybe it was because I did not use it regularly.
A serviceable violet shampoo but nothing remarkable. It removes build- up well but I find that you have to be careful to rinse immediately or it is almost as if the oils start to resettle in your hair. Compared to its sibling the Rusk Sensories Anti-brassiness shampoo, it just doesn't stack up. It doesn't brighten or whiten as well although it does provide shine. All in all I would say go for the Rusk Sensories Anti-brassiness Line instead.
Didn't like this shampoo at all. After I get my hair done it looks pretty platinum, whenever I used this I feel like my hair looked more golden ( which is the complete opposite that it's supposed to do) ever since I switched brands I no longer have this problem.
The worst purple shampoo I have ever used! I was drawn to it because it's pigmentation is phenomenal.. however, once you start lathering on your head it turns into a very light pastel purple. It did not help with any of the copper tones that naturally come out in my blonde hair. I used the entire large bottle hoping maybe over time it would help but that was not the case at all.
