in case you didn't know Spring water is the cleanest water of all. if u drink aquafina or dasani I hate to break it to u but any purified water is basically tap water and why it has such a plastic bottle after taste. spring water leaves no after taste and is much healthier for you. try one to one as in spring vs. purified. I guarantee u will notice a huge difference. your body will thank you!
