WakMart must sell these big water containers with their cartoon package boxes. The plastic of this product is very sensitive and get shrunk with time and make the product to leak. in addition the tape of touched, it leaks immediately.
If you don't like the taste of tap water or going camping and need to pack in water. You should use this for long term water needs. I use them all the time!
We have an off grid camp and always hit up the Wal-Mart nearby to stock up on water. These 2.5 gallon jugs with the spigot are just so easy to use. Make sure you do poke a hole on the top where indicate to release the air, and allow the water to flow. We use this for drinking water, cooking water and yes even shower and hand washing water. The big jugs are great to have on hand when you have a water shortage and the spigot makes using the water even easier.
The container top is not sealed very well. The lid pops off and water spills when you're trying to get the spout part out.
there's nothing wrong with the flavor of the water the price is not bad but the spout to get the water out is really difficult for older people to work with
The water is good but the whole reason I bought this large container was to get the spout for fast and easy water bottle refills. The dispenser is absolutely terrible. Water goes everywhere and you have to squeeze the jug just to get water out. It takes forever just to get enoug water out to fill a normal sized water bottle.
First of all the honest opinion about this water it is that this water is excellent. It tastes so good. I am one of the few people who hates the taste of water because modern water has an aftertaste . people want arguing said it does not have an aftertaste but I'm one of the few who can taste it . However this water it does not have any salt added which is a plus for me because I have to watch my salt intake due to blood pressure issues. So I was impressed when there was no after taste to this water. It is just a crisp clean tasting water. However on the flip side there is a few things I have a problem with. the problem comes in when I put the hole on the top and put it in the refrigerator. My kids and myself even, had a hard time operating the nozzle on the container. What happens is that the ridge that is around the opening of the nozzle is so small that is hard to grip. It makes the pouring of this water a two handed job. As you know most the time we don't have the leisure of having two hands available because most the time one hand has a cup in it. what happens is that since you cannot grip the edge very well the water gushes out very fast causing a spill. so what is the purpose of purchasing a large container like this when at least 1/3 of the water is going to be spilled until the floor. the ridge that is around the opening nozzle is very small. and it is hard to grip there's no way because of your hands are slippery do to the small rim. I would love it if they redesigned this container so that it will have a way for people who are operating it to stop the nozzle in time and not spill water that is gushing out. Because of the ridge problems around it you cannot do it.
wish I hadn't bought three of these . Trying to quit so much soda thought these would be easy and get me drinking more water. One you have to pierce them ...don't like that. then the stupid valve kept coming out flooded my fridge and floor. Don't buy these just get the jugs or bottles.
It's not SPRING WATER ANYMORE and 4 out of their 5 water sources are contaminated with PFAS for decades poisoning everyone thinking they're drinking clean spring water.
The local store close to Walmart sells the same 2.5 gallon water for a dollar less. I noticed right away when Walmart increased the price. I plan to very seldom buy it from Walmart after this. Very disappointed!
