The tires were fine but were flattened down which made them very hard to mount.

Nice tire, but difficult to install.
Nice 4 ply nylon tire, and Wal-Mart's price can't be beat! Load rating is 1100lbs at 22psi. However, when they arrived they were so deformed it made installation very difficult. I warmed the tires up with a hair dryer and supported them in a way that would form them into into somewhat of a tire. When they were installed on the rims, no amount of air pressure or volume would get the beads to seat. Therefore, I was forced to resort to the starting fluid method of bead seating. It worked like a charm, and after installation, the tires are fine.
