Defense of Hoth Battle Pack Lego Star Wars 40557

This set initially feels overpriced. However once I started making the builds. I was thinking this is a really good army builder. With 5 different head expressions, 2 different bodies and legs and goggles up or down you can customise a great deal of variety in your Hoth rebel defense force. You won't need 2 E-webs for every 3 troopers so the legs can replace the stud shooters on any other battle packs you own. The power packs can be used with the Imperial E-webs in there battle packs too. The barrels for the E-webs look fantastic and better looking than the Imperial ones. The utility of this little set is actually really impressive. Nothing will be wasted if you buy large numbers of these.

Great Rebel army builder

This is an excellent set to use when expanding other Star Wars Lego sets, particularly those focussed on Hoth. I would like Lego to make similarly ones but themed to Star Wars (Fleet troopers defending against the Stormtrooper boarding), Rogue One (The landing party), Return of the Jedi (Rebel Commandos) and Star Wars: Rebels (A-Wing pilots from Phoenix Squadron).

Its a great add on for the other Hoth theme Starwars legos, but the price is high for what is just 3 figures and some miscellaneous white bricks.

price hike way over inflation, should be 4 figs and one fig missing leg print, feels a bit less value than clone one, has more guns less printed tiles.
