I apply this in the mourner after I shower, and stay dry and fresh all day. This actually does work for up to 72 hours. I was really sick a few nights ago and was in bed for almost 3 days with body aches and chills. When I was finally feeling better and able to shower, I honestly didn't even have any body odor under my arms. I cannot recommend this enough.
