🤔I keep thinking about one of the reviews mentioning how small the chopped dried celery are😳So, I wanted to see🤣I cooked a pot of beans, until tender, and added the dried celery and onions🤓These dried vegetables absorb easily, so be careful with the amount you put, in a pot of water with the beans🤣but all was well, and it was delicious with black eye peas, on a bed of rice, and a little seasoning🤗Yum!

Much easier to use than chopping fresh or using frozen celery. Great aroma and flavor when added to Asian noodle bowls. Need to add a desiccant silica pack inside the container to avoid them getting damp and stale.

I have not tried this product yet. I purchased this because I like celery and am building a stock pile of backup food if times get hard. will give a complete review later.

Great tp have on hand so my fresh produce doesn't go bad befpre I use it all! t This way I only buy what I need to ise roght away at the beginning of the month, then towards the end of the month Inise these!!! super convenient amd shelf stable!!!

perfect to keep on hand, I don't use alot of celery, it usually wilts or goes totally bad before I use it all so this is perfect for cooking

I bought the dehydrated celery for convenience, but had thought they were going to be regular-sized slices of celery. however, these are tiny little bits of celery. they are U-shaped, but so danged tiny, I think they're actually micro slices of a celery stalk "rib,l" (the string part). The flavor is there, but for chicken salad, other salads...... or anything where you'd expect to find real celery crunch...... this doesn't work so well. Because the flavor is there, it does work well for soups and stews.

I wanted something I could have on hand to use in soups or to rehydrate and put in egg salad or chicken salad sandwiches. I was suprised at how tiny the bits were when I opened the can. Even after rehydrating they were mucj smaller than the image on the can would lead you to believe. I used them in my egg salad sandwich and found the texture to be ok and the flavor was a bit strong. bot accptable. All in all an acceptale product. But in the futhe I will be looking for freezedried items. They maintain something like 98% of their nutritional value while the dehydrated lose most of theirs. Just a footnote.

We found the quality of this item lesser than other companies like Thrive. It was very bitter and ruined a few recipes by being too bold. I've kept the product to use in soups only and normally boil in separate pot for 1-2 minutes and drain excess water then add to recipe helps cut the biter taste and not. Ruin your soup. Product also was vibrant color like others from this manufacturer..half was brown. I won't buy this particular vegetable from this company again.

I purchased this, not knowing it was dried. I decided it would be good to try and possibly keep in case of an emergency I fixed a small amount could not stay in the smell nor the taste.

Horrible taste. Nothing added to it, helped improve the taste. Went straight into the garbage can. Total waste of money.
