So good and handy to have on hand for soups, dips, rice, corn or flour wrappers, mixed with choice meat or veggies & got a meal. Live in rural area and so glad I have this on hand for the unexpected meal , and fact is company couldn't tell from fresh or frozen spinach.

These products are all #10 cans which seems impossible to expect judging by the price. I've used spinach flakes for many years because they are a flavor enhancer for eggs, meatloaf, meatballs, etc., that also adds nutrients. A #10 can goes a long way too.

I love spinach and I am so pleased with this purchase. I put some of these ( dried flakes) in a lot of things I cook because I have trouble with anemia and it is a wonderful source of iron. I use it in soups, salads and just about all kinds of vegetables. It is less expensive and keeps forever!

I bought this product to use in soups and casseroles. I don't care for the taste of spinach, but the nutrients are great. I add a little of this to soups and casseroles and don't even notice the taste, but the nutrients are there. Good product.

Excellent for making fresh green spinach pasta. For the dough, I used 5 grams finely ground dried spinach to 100 grams durum semolina and 50 grams egg. It's also great in soups, stir fry, or green goddess dressing. There is no comparison to fresh spinach, but I think the flavor is 1000 times better than canned junk, or even the frozen stuff.

These are easy to use and a "go-to" item when you are making things like soup.

I've priced dehydrated spinach flakes all over and decided to add this to my order to qualify for free shipping. A #10 can is an enormous amount. Flakes are tiny so I will probably only use in soups, maybe lasagna (added to the ricotta layer instead of parsley). They hydrate almost instantly so you could probably add directly to anything that is moist. All in all I'm glad I purchased. And yes, it does taste like spinach.

The instructions say to add a little sugar to improve the flavor, and I agree. This is as good as frozen, and better than canned. If you can't get fresh, this is the next best thing.

Bought a two pack one has a large dent in the side ! Whoever's packing items isn't being careful. If an item like this is dented it will spoil quickly!
