I was very excited to buy this product, I spent no time putting it up yes it was up and running in thirty minutes, the video it produce was crystal clear and the full screen was the same. at night it lights up the area of surveillance and follows through with a clear picture I was very impressed to see the rotation of the camera up and down and around, I thought I had it made but alas it only lasted for three weeks, then it started making weird noises in its rotation, it would freeze at extreme right then at extreme left, the round button that operates the mechanism does not respond to touch, at five weeks it finally bow down its head and die, I am so heartbroken I believe I will mourn its passing poor fellow.

I've used several pan and tilt outdoor WiFi cameras, and these have both pros and cons. The video quality is excellent in day and night mode, but the pan and tilt controls have delayed responses, making precise positioning challenging. Additionally, there are issues with motion tracking and reviewing recorded events.

So far, so good. The setup was relatively easy, similar to Wyze cams. You enter basic information to create an account, provide your WiFi SSID and password, then hold up the QR code for the camera, and it's good to go. A notable feature is its integration with Google Home, making it convenient. While the Google Home app displays video (a first for me), PTZ (camera movement) controls are available in the Cloudedge app. Given the price, it's been great so far. We'll see how long it lasts.

Mounted the product on the back deck and noted that it picks up motion quickly. However, the camera's follow feature could be faster to keep up with movement.

I've purchased several of these cameras for our home and cabin. While they worked great, I had an issue due to water exposure, my fault. The company promptly sent a free replacement power supply, showing excellent customer service.

So far it's been amazing product with crystal clear pic day/night vision. I also had interaction with tech support with very speedy response as in same day response. I would recommend this company a hundred times over.

I have 3 motion sensor cameras they brilliant and I am buying more of them to protect my property would like to have more stickers of saying cctv in there

The 110 connection to an outlet is too short, and no extension is available. You have to use your own extension cord. Also, the screws are too short for stucco into wood or cement/brick homes. The instruction booklet needs more details. Otherwise, it's a nice product once you add the MINI SD card and activate the alarm function.

Notes issues with freezing due to a weak connection and the camera capturing bugs at night. Also mentions problems with playing back videos, especially in the rain.

Camera works ok, takes a bit for it to focus when you pan. Does not respond well to panning when on full screen and I hate the type of power plugin they used on the camera end. Should have be a 5.5mm. Bought this camera to take the place of another where I already had power cord run to. Had I known it was using a hdmi mini I would never have bought this unit.
