Now I feel like the yellow corn is sometimes very chewy and sometimes rubbery as I've eaten the white corn more often.

I got this for a church dinner. Cooked in a crock-pot. Corn didn't taste as sweet, Just was not like corn cooked on stove and eaten right away. Don't recoment using in Crock pot
