Great anytime. I often eat it when I want a light breakfast. I also eat it when I want a snack! It is light but filling! The juice it great too! Don't pour it off just drink it from the plastic cup. I highly recommend it for anyone who likes grapefruit. Great taste and super convenient. Grab it and a plastic fork and you have a great fast meal on the go without all the bad additives and fat.

These red grapefruit is delicious. I really do like them first time. I've tried them especially already cut up for you. You can have these for breakfist or just about anytime. So the next time you're in the store. Pick you up some. i promise you won't regret it. i highly recommend these.

great flavor and easy way to have refreshing grapefruit segments without all the time and mess to cut them off the membrane and skin. i use for a favorite salad of grapefruit sections, mandarin oranges, and blood oranges with cubes if avocado i sometimes add paper thin slices of fennel for the crunch. to all the juices from fresh and canned frit i add seasoned rice vinegar and some sugar, salt and white pepper to taste. i serve this every year at Thanksgiving for the past 40 years very refreshing and flavorful..

I'm on a program adjusting my diet to include more fruits. This is perfect for me because I really like grapefruit but find them too expensive and too troublesome getting them cut up to eat.

These grapefruit cups are perfect for a quick snack/treat. Not too sweet but not too tart, either. I like to have one in the morning sometimes instead of toast or whatever, too. They make a great starter before breakfast, as well.
