So happy to find a pasta without chemical or anything else but flour and eggs! For the most part I make my own pasta because of medical issues. I am trying to stay away from processed foods. This is just dural wheat and eggs. Was very good, cooked very nice. Brought my leftovers in to the office and my co-workers raved!

The noodles are broad and durable so they stand up well to longer cooking times, of course you probably want to add them later in a recipe that has very long cooking times. Conveniently packaged in nests similar to angel hair pasta, so you you quickly and easily portion out the quantity you need assuming you're not using the entire contents of the bag at one time.

DeLallo is a trusted brand, and it is difficult to find great quality pappardelle unless you make your own! This is as close to homemade as I've had! Great product.

Great al dente, it's super toothsome. The nests are sweet to use when you are the kinda person who is horrid at guessing how much pasta is needed and ends up with enough to do a town dinner.

The pasta holds on to the sauce well. I would definitely buy this pasta and recommend it to others. Definitely won't go hungry with the portion size.

Harmony I'm leaving a one-star review not because of the product but because I never received it and didn't realize it till I needed it I looked everywhere for it and I couldn't find it I asked my son and he said he couldn't find it either I asked my husband to look just in case we just wound up finding it and he couldn't find it either so they just didn't deliver it
