Very tasty, soft enough out of the frig to spread and not break my cracker (that's a +}. The shipping carton is really well done. Might I suggest that you put 2 of the frozen chill packs in theshipping box. I have ordered four times and 2 out of 4 did not arrive cool. Folks its now 90+ degrees down here in So-FL. I gave one container out of each shipment to neighbors. They did not croak; so I joyfully ate the rest.

There is never enough. We always want more. Delicious, slight peppery aftertaste ,mounds of flavor. Send me more , please.

Excellent
The best cheddar we have ever had!!!! We have tried them all and favorite is this deli cheddar then jalapeno cheddar then port wine cheddar. Very, very tasty cheddar spread. Will definitely be ordering again.
