the only real problem i had was the battery life wasnt good an they took care of it an got me a new battery computer works amazing no lagging even with all my programs for cnc an 3d printing all in all im very pleased with my purchase

Still recommend despite short battery life
I have a Dell Latitude from work and liked it enough to buy a personal one for myself. The seller/vendor is great since I bought a laptop that DID NOT have 10 key by mistake. I had to return it since I work in finance and need the 10 key. This laptop and my work laptop both eat up the battery very quickly. Working off battery doesn't last longer than one to 3 hours.
