Love my laptop, didnt like having to wait on it.

This laptop is a solid purchase that has exceeded expectations so far. The performance is snappy and handles everyday tasks without any noticeable lag and the build quality feels premium and durable. The battery life is pretty good as well.

I've just set up my computer, it was easy and the migrate was simple to use and seemed to do a great job at moving files from my old laptop. The 16 inch screen is beautiful and images are crystal clear! Everything else is working fine, the only issue is how use my Microsoft apps for free using the cloud. Will be checking with Dell soon, if I can't figure it out myself.

I'm completely satisfied with my Dell 16 Plus laptop. It's 16-inch screen is excellent for clear content consumption and editing. The high performance 32 GB AMD Ryzen processor is great for quick access to apps and the demand of other office or school tasks. Despite its large 16-inch screen, the laptop is thin and easily portable. The battery life seems to be better than those of the past. In my opinion, this computer is an overall great product for the price.

My Dell 16 Plus Laptop is for home use. It works well. While the 16 is similar to my old Inspiron 15, the one thing I don't like is the NUMBER ARRANGEMENT to the right side of typing keys. I find them annoying and useless. It forces one to shift their hands to the left for a more proper typing arrangement. With that, the palm of the right hand will set off the finger touch pad. I guess I will become more a custom to the newer keyboard as time passes.

I use this to do bills, track data on my small farm, search internet, etc. I like using the touch screen and the touch pad on occasion. I would like more than the one USB port as I prefer to use a mouse most of the time. Also wish it had a CD/DVD player. And a SD card reader.

Home use internet music documents pictures a few online sites that offer classic radio show. Not happy that it has so few usb ports. Had to buy an extender for more ports. Love how fast it is! Not happy with all the AI crap Microsoft tries to drag you into.

I use my laptop for business and home. I find the keys to be small and the touchpad is hard to press if you really go to the far left or far right. I know I can make the settings for touch, did that, but it is as if the pad is too big. Battery life is great. Screen resolution is great. Processor is good. I don't like that there are only two USB ports.

Easy set up. Great display. Love the touchscreen and keyboard. Used twice off power after purchase. Battery life was 1 hr 37 min and 2 hr 10 min. Purpose of a laptop is portability. This doesn't cut it. Returning.
