sent wrong merchandise - returned

it was good model, was actually fast and easy to use. only worked for one day. i had already seen some reviews say product was faulty but i though that was a 1 in 100 chance so i bought it refurbished anyway, SO DONT BUY REFURBISHED FROM THIS SELLER its been 3 weeks since i returned the laptop after 3 weeks of trying to get a return label and still no refun, im coming around the corner to the end of my return date and the way walmart doesnt accept 3rd party returns anymore, call documenting was garbage through walmart customer service in india , and walmart cant process return. so i messaged seller, immediately send return label but never processed a refunfld. SELLER is being super sneaky to try and not process return, i really wouldnt have bothered but i feel like this is something they would try to do again

used, not refurbished. said ReNewed. Big Scratch across the entire screen, not mentioned or photo on listing. Not much memory left. Too much money for a well used computer.

We got scammed by this company. They sent us a horrifying wrong laptop,not what we paid for and ordered. Too top it off there was no hard drive. Horrifying experience We should get a new one at no cost because this is happening too often.

Okay let me just say this the laptop says it's refurbished but that's a lie I've purchase items before that's actually refurbished and it still looks brand new . The computer was so bad when I return it to the Walmart store they was even looking like they sent u this . When I got the computer you wasn't even able to type anything from it I made the attempt to call the seller no answer so left me with no choice but to return the item . Never again will I purchase through this company
