Dell 32 Plus S3225QC 31.6" 16:9 4K Ultra HD 120Hz USB-C QD-OLED HDR Monitor, Ash White

I use this Dell 32 Plus 4K QD-OLED monitor mainly for Xbox Series X gaming, and so far I'm extremely happy with it. The picture quality is the biggest strength. The 4K resolution looks sharp at 32 inches, colors are rich, and the OLED black levels make darker games look much better than a regular LCD monitor. Games with dark scenes, shadows, caves, night areas, or horror-style lighting look especially impressive. The 120Hz support, VRR, and fast OLED response time make gaming feel very smooth and responsive. For console gaming, this feels like a premium display that actually lets the Xbox Series X show what it can do. I also like that it has a clean design and built-in speakers, which makes the setup feel simple and modern.

I very fortunate to snap up this stunning monitor when it was on a Dell special and I have been very pleased with it. It really has a stunning display and quite comparable to my Apple studio monitor that I use on my other computer. And another bonus, the built-in sound bar produces very acceptable. sound quality. Love it!

The discounted price was too much to pass up, and it beats all my other monitors at twice the price I paid for them... hands down.

This is a very nice monitor. The wrong cord was sent, and then the wrong cord was sent again. We finally just bought the correct cord locally so we could connect to our brand new Dell computer. Now that is is complete it is a very nice package.

This monitor is an upgrade from a 27-inch Dell Monitor that I have used for eight years. The built-in audio bar at the bottom is clean and works well. It has a sophisticated audio for games and movies. The image is clear, clean, and easy to view. I use this monitor for CAD design work and am very happy with the image quality. It has an automated system to arrange windows on the screen that I like. I can have my CAD software and internet program auto-load into the areas I want without having to have two monitors. The screen is flat, and I prefer that to a curved screen for my CAD work. A very nice monitor.

The 4K 120Hz with a 0.03-second response time is excellent. I've connected it to my gaming PC and am very satisfied. The built-in speakers also sound great. The screen is bright enough, and the semi-anti-glare finish makes it easy to see with minimal reflections. The default colors were a bit too vivid, but adjusting it to sRGB made it easier on the eyes. It would have been perfect if it had one more HDMI port. I hope they release a 27-inch version as well.

Great monitor overall. Excellent picture quality out of the box. The audio is adequate but nothing revolutionary. I do think it's the best sounding monitor I've ever heard in my 40 years of computer monitors. Very bright and beautiful monitor with no immediate flaws. I had a different review wrote but Dell's submitting process messed up.

it's an OLED. self explanatory. speakers are decent. nothing extraordinary.

I bought two new monitors back when COVID was rolling in so I could work from home. They did their job, but 5 years later they needed replacing. Looking around, I fell in love with the colors of OLED, but was turned off because they were mostly gaming monitors (I don't game) and didn't work well for work from home setups. The recent generation of OLED monitors have gotten better though and it was time to take the leap. Work bought me a non-Dell OLED monitor for my office PC. It looked great, worked great, but was ridiculously expensive. My hopes of buying an OLED with my own money for my personal Mac were dim. Until Dell released the S3225QC. The S3225QC is an amazing monitor. The OLED screen is beautiful and bright. Text is clear and the refresh rate puts my previous 60Hz monitor to shame. I have zero complaints about the unit as a display. The sound system built into the monitor is amazing as well. The spatial sound is a bit of a gimmick, but the speakers are LOUD. I very quickly retired my separate speaker system. The best part? The S3225QC was 50% of the price of my other OLED. They even have the same panel, yet Dell managed to cut the price to where is was affordable. Why 4 stars instead of 5? A few things. First, this is a thick monitor. My other OLED is a very thin and sexy panel. This one is a lot thicker. Part of the reason for the thickness may be the power supply is built into it. That can be an upside as my other OLED may be thin, but it comes with a HUGE power brick to deal with. Second issue, is the number of ports. I use the USB-C with my laptop most of the time and have a HDMI connection for a secondary input, but I wish it had more USB ports and a DisplayPort. Finally, it doesn't always play well with a Mac. Some of that is Mac's fault, but it's not the optimal monitor for use with a Mac. Do I recommend it? Yes. Especially at the price they are selling it for. It's an amazing steal.

Pros: Excellent picture quality with beautiful, vibrant colors and deep blacks, exactly what you'd expect from an OLED display. The built-in speakers are fine for general office use, offering clear sound for meetings and casual listening, though they lack the bass and volume you'd want for movies or gaming. Cons: Limited input options. The DisplayPort over USB-C connection requires a laptop that supports it, and finding a high-quality USB-C cable long enough was tricky, the one included in the box is only about three feet.
