The Dell 5040 Desktop Tower PC is a fantastic deal for anyone who needs a fast computer. A monitor isn't included, which means it can be connected to your own large, wide-screen monitor. It has 4 USB ports on the front panel, which helps greatly.

No operating booklet was sent with it to show how to set it up. I very much needed it. A owners manual should always be included.

Different item received
Did not receive the same item ordered. Ordered Dell 5040 but received Dell 7040. Did not power it on.

Buyer be leery
After being told a date to receive product was not provided tracking information. I had to reach out to the company for tracking info on the day U was supposed to receive product but was told they had just sent it out that day. Product arrived finally and the power cord is not the correct cord. I am thrilled with the company the product came from , GPS, customer service

Dead on arrival. Need to find a better rebuilder.
