I was using Xp and was dreading to upgrade but this computer made the change fairly easy. Almost all of my programs that I was worried about working on a new os actually did work. So , new computer, new os , and access to all of the updates at 1/4 the price! What's not to like? Great buy!!!

I purchased this item after attempting to buy from a different seller called ResalesElectronics. Basically things didnt go smoothly with them so i then bought from here which ended up being cheaper and it was delivered earlier than expected no problems at all, the PC is the best ive ever spent money on. I have wasted an embarrassing amount of money trying to buy a good Computer and this is the only one I've felt gave me my moneys worth if not more. This computer, from my experience is great for light gaming with 0 lag. This aint no professional gaming pc but it gets the job done. i recommend hooking this pc up with a Video card the one i currently use is a MSI GT 1030 Low Profile GFX card and it works like a dream.

A Computer is in full working order. No problems thus far. Will be buying refurbished from now on. Excellent value for the money. Completely satisfied with my purchase.

I had this Dell desktop with windows 10 pro and a 16GB ram and i7 intel core its super fast and just like new I love it and help me install Linux and it delivered to me faster than it should be

So far this has been a great buy. Computer had the specs that the description said it would. Shipping was promo. It was truly plug and play. Good value.

Needed a motherboard, now also have a larger hard drive %26 newer keyboard. Reinstall my copy of Windoze 11 %26 presto!

I've had this ReBuilt DELL Optiplex 7010 Desktop (from Blair Technology Group, purchased through Walmart.com) for just under 20 weeks, and all of a sudden, a note appeared onscreen “Alert! Hard Drive Not Found!” I tried everything to diagnose and reboot, nothing worked. I've written the company and will revise this review if I can get any kind of positive resolution. This is a huge disappointment as I'm about to begin a new job which relies heavily on my use of a home computer, so it looks like I may have to start over; and will NOT be buying refurbished!

Love Dell computer and had several throughout the years, but whoever refurbished this one must have been absent the day they handed out know-how cause he flunked the course. Plug-ins were recessed to the point of unreachable with the plug, Non working video plugs. Never again will I buy from this refurb company. Sent it back and got another and it was just as bad. Ended up getting an HP and I am happy with it.

I'm posting this here in an attempt to contact the seller on "the marketplace". First the good news. The included mouse worked perfectly, and the keyboard too, as far as I could tell. I also plugged in the wifi device, but couldn't test it. The problem is that the operating system (Windows 10) won't load. First, the Dell logo appeared onscreen, then it spent over an hour "repairing disk errors". But it didn't work. Now there is a blue screen with the error code: Automatic repair couldn't repair your PC Press advanced options to try other options LOG file: E:\Recovery\WindowsRE\wisre.wim\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt Then I tried every "advanced option" I could access. For example: * Reset this PC: There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made. * Startup repair couldn't repair your PC Absolutely nothing worked. I can't get out of that blue screens startup menu. The OS appears busted. Any help would be much appreciated. I wouldn't mind if it booted Linux.

it said that it comes with everything to use right out of the box. Mine is missing power supply cable. Quite disappointed. Luckily i have one that *might* work, if not I will be contacting the supplier about this.
