overall it's a great computer for the price. it does not have a lit up keyboard, that's my only disappointment.
Was very easy to find what I wanted and delivery was earlier than expected.
The computer was fine but I was supposed to get a 3 in1 value pack according to the email that I ordered the computer from it was supposed to include a external DVD drive, MS office with a lifetime license and windows 11 operating system. All I got was the windows 11 pro already installed on the laptop. When I contacted them they told me that the MS office and external DVD drive was not included with the sale. Very dissatisfied with the false advertising in the add.
Extremely slow after the first day and is unable to function with live web platforms for work. Not worth the money or time
