I like Dell Laptops. I bought one previously from Walmart %26 it lasted 10 years. The transfer was wasy %26 quick. I had a delay in shipment. The delivery caused me to take a day off from my job.
the laptop itself is wonderful. runs great and no problems. I had some issues with shipping that it was signed and delivered to the wrong house but it was resolved a day later.
Great computer %26 got a great sale price too.
We like Dell computers. This one has many ports on the side. Not all computers have multiple ports anymore. We looked at several places and Walmart had the best quality and price for the computer that we wanted.
The keyboard is excellent, easy to use and the battery life is better than most.
Easy setup, fast processing, lots of storage. Love this laptop.
Seems to be a good Lap Top for basic use (without being too technical)
It was a fairly easy transfer from old to new until I did the first update. Now my finger scan doesn't work, my pin doesn't work and I can't get passkey's to work. I understand these are fixable issues but if you are computer illiterate it can cause major issues. Other than that the graphics card frequently tries to adjust itself but I'm confident an update will fix that issue.
I have always liked Dell but I don't like that all manufacturers have gotten rid of the ethernet port and the CD compartment. I still use these. I listen to music I bought on CD and now can't on these new laptops. why get rid of everything? people stll use these things. so I had to buy a plug in ethernet port and if I want the CD, I have to biy an attachment for that too. I could have just paid for this to be inside the laptop.
This machine gets hot on the bottom, even in charging mode to be honest it felt like it might melt or catch fire if in use for long periods of time! Every thing else seem to be ok i am a mobile dj so i was impressed with the sound card and graphics card,backlit keyboard was a plus for my kind of work
