My previous laptop was Dell and I had it for years so it was easy for me to make this purchase. Received packaged in original packaging I had no problems I love this laptop
The laptop is great. Problem is they sent 2 and charged for both. Got extra laptop returned but fees paid for extra insurance aren't so far.
My office only uses this laptop.
i gave 3 stars cause it's very good but I didn't know it was a second hand.
This computer supposed to very good, however, once I got it and installed Office. It worked nicely for a week, the start problem with starting and I had to hold the power button for more than 5 seconds to reboot the computer.. once turned on I got message with not repairable issue. It happened two three times and decided to rerun the computer
