Dell Latitude E5420 14.0" Laptop, i3-2310M, 4GB, 120GB HDD, DVD-RW, Gunmetal Gray,

I am usually very leary of buying refurbished computers/laptops, but this one exceeded all expectations. Came preloaded with Windows 10, and the standard programs like VLC. I had to download the updates but that was to be expected. Laptop runs faster than expected. So far no problems. Customer service was quick to respond to my question about getting my email logged in to the computer.

Purchased this lap top as a spare. Did not want to spend a lot of $. I am very satisfied with purchase. Laptop is in excellent condition for a refurb (like new) Also does not come with a lot of preloaded software apps that you will never use like a new computer. This frees up your disc space so you can load only what you want. Fast boot up. I have been using for a month and have not encountered any issues. I am not a gamer so I can't comment on that but running MS office. streaming TV/videos, email etc no problems. Purchased from CL3 Technology via Walmart. Good deal for $150.00

It had a battery issue and I emailed the company they sent another at no cost to me. Very pleased with my purchase it works great. The company answered all emails within 8 to 24 hours

The laptop is missing the little blue ball that is over the "B" key and between the "G" and "H" keys. I do not have the time to return the computer because I am in the midst of full time college Summer I and II classes. If this piece could be mailed to me it would be appreciated. Currently there is an open space allowing debris to get under the keyboard.

I'll be returning this item. I just got it and the power cord doesn't even work

I've never written a product review before... I bought two of these on 12/27 for my two sons ( late Christmas presents) and one month later one didn't work anymore ( bad hard drive I am told) and now, beginning of March the other went to a black screen ( I can afford to have it looked at). So $325 for Christmas presents that are broken 2 months later. Lesson learned.
