LISTED AS NEW.. WHEN RECEIVED OBVIOUSLY NOT NEW
listed under NEW, just recieved, and obviously NOT NEW, NO "manufacturers box" "NO papers/paperwork", it came in a regular brown box, in a bubble sleeve, with nothing else except a paper that said if problems, do not return to walmart.com but to a different address.

untrue advertisement
it's not a new laptop but a used laptop with scratch surface, 100GB short hard drive memory internet WIFI not stable, screenshot key not working I want return the product and my money back!

Dirty and Embarrassing!
I recommended this laptop as a gift to my Mom from Dad. I was terribly embarrassed at the condition the laptop was in. For starters, it was nasty and dirty. The cd/DVD drive was stuck closed. And lastly but definetly not least, the laptop would not hold a charge. I was leery about recommending a refurbished item but I figured that since it was sold through such a reputable company that it would be in good condition. The laptop was horrible! I will never recommend refurbished items from Walmart again!
