Bad Deal from seller
Purchased but not initially used. When opened from package, noticed minor crack on screen but was functional at the time so chose not to complain. Once I fully moved to this device from my previous laptop, noticed all the crazy action from the screen. Terrible buy, and the response from the seller after noting the issues made it even worst. I knew I was out of warranty but simple advice as to ensuring updates were done or checking for viruses would have comforted me despite none of these were the issue. Item seems to have been sold with faulty parts.
