I ordered this mouse as the two others I bought off Amazon of different and cheaper brands turned out to be worthless. This Dell mouse has been awesome!

I am pleased with my Dell mouse. The one I received with my new computer never worked right from the start. This one is perfect.

This replaces my 10 year old Dell BT wireless mouse which finally gave up. Connections are easy to new laptop, but keeping the BT connection was a real pest and required re-pairing. After some digging, it turns out this is a MS problem with default settings to save power; turn that off through the device manager and the BT connection seems much better. In a pinch, the USB is ready as a backup.

It made it easy to attach and use...I love it because it makes it so easy to do assignments.

The new laptop failed twice to turn on when the power key was pressed. I received technical support regarding the issue and it has not occurred since. The mouse turn on/off switch is to small and does not stick out enough to get your finger in to move it. You have to use your fingernail to move the switch. My old mouse had a larger switch and stuck out more and was easily slid up and down. I just looked at it and may decide to put the new mouse aside and go back to the old one. The new switch is smaller and hard to get at.

This is my fourth Dell wireless mouse. They only last about a half year with minor use. It is like there is a self-destruct program built in to it. It will work fine for months and then for no reason just stop working. I have found it necessary to keep a spare on hand at all times so that when it stops working I can keep going. Just switched to my spare today so it's time to buy another one.

The product worked beautifully for about 10 minutes. However, it proved too interesting to the cat. During a quick bathroom break, the cat knocked the mouse off my desk and played with it. The dog then got involved and chewed the mouse to pieces. I came back to a guilty cat and dog and a dead mouse. Most people would be happy if their cat and dog killed a mouse. However, I really hoped to enjoy this mouse to alleviate strain from using my computer touchpad all the time. Anyway, the mouse did not survive long, so I could not give it a better than 1-star review. I was getting to know the mouse. This is no fault of Dell's, except for making the mouse too enticing to cats.
