Customer Insights: Rated 4.7/5 from 582 reviews.
It is very compact, yet comfortably fits my hand. It works very well, and I like how the USB controller fits in the mouse when it is not in use. It is more of a pleasure to use than the mouse pad on the laptop. I love it!
It works so well that I bought a second one for a different laptop. Just plug and play--no setup required. It runs off a single AA battery that I have not had to replace yet.
I purchased this mouse several weeks ago and it works just fine. It was very easy to make the purchase directly from Dell. They also provided fast free shipping.
I forgot to mention this in my review of my Dell 14 plus I bought. This mouse was a great addition it has bluetooth connectivity. Works great with my dell 14.
This mouse is exactly what I needed—basic, no frills, but it gets the job done perfectly. Setup was quick and effortless, and it connected right away without any hassle. The responsiveness is impressive, making everyday tasks smooth and efficient. It doesn't try to be fancy, but that's what makes it reliable. A solid choice if you want something simple, dependable, and easy to use.
Quite intuitive set-up. Love the USB vs Bluetooth connectivity options. Appreciate one battery that came with it. Wondering what to do when I need to replace the battery - I wish I could just charge it with a cable. Feels very much like a small plastic mouse.
The Bluetooth ability is awesome as well as having the backup of the usb if needed. My only complaint is that the usb is a normal usb. I recently purchased a Dell 14 Premium and all the usb ports are usb-c. I'm hoping the bluetooth capability lasts a long time because I'll be annoyed needing my dongle every time to plug in my mouse.
This mouse seems to work just fine. However, I do not like the clicking noise that is made when rolling the scroll wheel. The last Dell mouse That i had made no sound when the scroll wheel was rolled.
The product worked beautifully for about 10 minutes. However, it proved too interesting to the cat. During a quick bathroom break, the cat knocked the mouse off my desk and played with it. The dog then got involved and chewed the mouse to pieces. I came back to a guilty cat and dog and a dead mouse. Most people would be happy if their cat and dog killed a mouse. However, I really hoped to enjoy this mouse to alleviate strain from using my computer touchpad all the time. Anyway, the mouse did not survive long, so I could not give it a better than 1-star review. I was getting to know the mouse. This is no fault of Dell's, except for making the mouse too enticing to cats.
Disappointed is where I am. Dell Mobile Wireless Mouse – MS3320W had a sticky left button. would not consistently "click" when released. No info on how to open the mouse, how to retrieve the dohickey that plugs into the laptop. Nor how to get in to replace the battery. Nor info on how to turn it on. And lets not forget energy saving by how to turn it off.. Cheap and disappointing
