Doesn't specify anywhere that this is restored. I wasn't aware of that. Came in looking great, but it was very sluggish, couldn't even sign in. The pictures in the listing are different as well! The tower switches between HP and Dell multiple times. If you're buying this for affordability, go for it, but if you're looking to actually use it, I wouldn't recommend it. The Discount Computers team got back to me right away (i think) and were nice, but that's about the only plus.

Product delivered was not what was advertised. Due to cancer surgery I did not get a chance to fully check out the system. I own 5 desktops 3 laptops and I use to build systems in the 90's. This is the first computer that will not turn on or off using the button. You have to unplug the electrical code to shut off or to re-boot the system. The cd/dvd drive does not work and is not recognized by the system. The main reason for my purchase was that it came with Windows 11 except it didn't it came with Windows 11 pro. Now you may think it shouldn't be a big deal but it is. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND THEY WILL NOT RESPOND. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I KNOW I'LL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I'M AWARE OF THE "BUYER BEWARE" SO LET ME TELL YOU BEWARE!

Although the product was not listed as used or refurbished, I suspected it would be due to the price. Based on its physical condition, it was used or refurbished. It was very noisy. Then, after booting it up about 4 times, the computer died. Customers should be aware that when they purchase online from Walmart and it's a third-party sell, Walmart goes by the order date to determine if you qualify for a return and refund. The order date is not the date that the product arrives, and in the case of paying the extra for a virtual setup, the date of arrival is neither the date the product is or can be used.

It is not a legal Windows 11 computer. The CPU does not support Windows 11. It does not have WiFi or Bluetooth. It is not the Dell model it says it is. This is a total scam

After about 1 week of having this item, it started smoking and almost lit my house on fire. Thankfully, I was standing in the same room when I smelled the smoke. Don't buy!

dells desktop products do not come with an original keyboard and mouse. Where is the dell mouse and keyboard? are these refurbished computers, and are they authentic?? Walmart, stop buying from anyone to make a dollar or a profit!

Computer didn't last 2 months with minimal to no use. Went to start computer and couldn't get it to power on. Replaced power cord and moved to different wall outlets and still no power.

I bought this desktop for my daughter, and upon opening it, I noticed a large dent in the case of the computer. To make matters worse, the included monitor was filthy; an oder actually eminates from it. Needless to say, I am disappointed in a purchase that was not labeled as being previously owned. Hopefully, it works, as this was written merely upon opening the package.

Item came appropriately packaged and that is biggest up. The case of computer is missing a screw when it was reassembled. There are several old stickers on the monitor and housing. The keyboard is broken the pegs to make it tilt are missing. The windows 11 is saying it is saying it is past it's life cycle. It did come on and does work and the memory is present.

I just unpackaged the computer this evening. There are several marks on the top of the tower. I did not buy a refurbished computer, but this sure looks like it has been used hard. Who do I talk to find out what I need to do. I now do not have the use of a desktop computer just the phone. I do not like using the phone or a laptop, that's why I bought a new desktop. I am not happy. Please tell me what to do.
