Dell Optiplex 5060 Desktop Computer, Hexa Core Intel i5, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB SSD

I have used the Dell computer the last three times I purchased one. I feel like I got a good price and I like the smaller tower.

The computer I ordered and received from the online advertisement had a completely different cable attachment at the back of the new computer. What was shown on online on each of the photos for the DELL series of computers was completely different from my purchased DELL computer. My cables to attach the compute to my monitor were completely incorrect from what I had expected. Therefore I returned the computer immediately. I could not attach my devices to it.

These PC did not work as it should. I had issues with set up.

My computer (remanufactured) stop working on first day that I Use. It start with an issue on screen like an interference continues with freezing (not responding) and finish with Non starting the computer. Very important observation, the PC comes dirty inside very bad impression , it looks as poor quality remanufactured device. No seals or tags visible

I never received this item. Your associates and manager lied to me that I received it. So I am reporting 1). Your CEO 2). Honest Business Bureau in California 3]. My social net work including Face Book, WhatsApp, etc.

i received the PC fast but once unboxed, i can tell it's refurbished. The outsides have been covered with a "stick on laminate". i don't mind refurbished but i didn't see where it said refurbished. If i would of done my research, i would of seen this PC was released several years ago.

I would not recommend buying Walmart Restore items, especially computers. My computer stopped functioning properly after three weeks. I wanted to return it but was told it could not be returned because I passed the thirty-day limit, which I didn't understand because Walmart's published policy is free returns are guaranteed for 90 days when items are sold as new. When I contacted Walmart customer service, they said I would be contacted by the seller but that never happened. I never thought I would be lied to. I am closing my account and I will no longer buy anything from Walmart either online or in store. I will return to reliable Amazon.

i assumed it had a hdmi or vga input. had neither.... display port which is my first encounter. once bought, setting it up, says i need an thernet cable to get connected, even though it had wifi. time to return it

Do not buy from this refurbished provider. i hardly used my refurbished desktop as my laptop was my go to. After the humorous 90 day warranty they offered my hard drive went out. not even 6 months and no regular use. they do not replace the hard drives in their rebuilt computers or it would have lasted longer than 5 months. i have bought other refurbished computers in the past from other reputable companies and they have lasted for years. walmart needs to pay better attention to the companies they let sell through their franchise. companies like this will tarnish their reputation as i will never buy another refurbished from walmart and surely not this company.

I purchased it through Walmart on Aug. 1, 2025 for $338.35 and you now sell it for $272.60. Over $ 65 cheaper. What about price drop protection?
