This is a new computer for us. We're very happy with the system. Easy to set up and use. Very good price.

You can trust this company
Although my unit was damaged in shipment they replaced it with a working unit. All you have to do to get it up and running is turn it on.

Basic PC
Good if you need basic PC for office work, nothing more. Setup was not user friendly at all, but after setup, it works well enough

Never Again....
From day one, problems. Could not clear old info from computer and when trying to move to another area, would not allow. Several expert family members tried also to improve working on the computer with no success. Since I needed help to ensure this could work, it took several weeks (and past the return time) before I could call and ask that this unit be returned. Customer service terrible and just kept repeating that the return date was past and only an exchange. Even returning the tower would be costly and they said they also would no longer give me a pre-paid label to return. Horrible, horrible the whole process. Would NEVER buy again.
