The only thing is they don't send the VGA blue end male to male cord to connect from the monitor to the tower. You have to purchase it.

The computer worked GREAT for a while and now it won't find the hard drive and I can't use it !!??

I liked the overall easy and quick setup process. It is an easy to use computer and we'll refurbished. The only issue I have is the speed of the computer is a little slow and sometimes it glitches opening pages and apps.

This item was packaged well for delivery it was not new and came with a CD in the Rom. It did not want to turn on when unpackaged . It finally started working, however it still did not want to turn on a couple of times. When it turns on it does do what I need it to.

It is very minimal as far as extras go. A good point is it's small takes up little space, keyboard is poor quality, using my old one instead. If it has a disk drive it is not working, can't open it. There were no setup instructions at all so was on my own. It didn't cost that much so for the money it is O.K., but glad I have two other newer laptops.

This tower is perfect for surfing the internet or minimal multi-tasking. If you need a computer to work from home or gaming, I recommend upgrading to machine with a bigger processor and more RAM.
