I had to upgrade to windows 11 and was pleasantly surprised to see how affordable this computer was. It's a name I know and trust and consulted with my computer guru and he gave me the thumbs up ! I hope it will last for a long time and it definitely met my needs and expectations!

These are old machines. My IT person said would not work with my system. Due to my schedule, I could not get installed prior to the 30 day return window. I recommend that you do not buy. Even the monitor showed signs of heavy use.

I liked that it had all the programs i needed on it already. I didnt like that the monitor was damaged by a nick on edge. But other than that its great

Computer set came as advertised with all wiring. I wish it had a manual for windows 11 but I will figure it out.

I liked everything except the monitor cable wouldn't work. I had to go out and buy one.

the dvd door doesn't open. that was a HUGE disappointment!!!!

It says it comes with windows 11 and its only a windows 10

I purchased the computer for our church and when I got it all setup it just kept turning on and restarting. For a refurbished computer you would think that it would have been tested to make sure it worked

didn't last 6 months went to tirn it on and it does not bootup just makes a beeping noise

It was not the best choice for us :=((((((
