Dell Optiplex 7040 Desktop Computers, Intel Core i5, 8GB, 250GB SSD, DVD, Black

This computer came with nothing in the box except the computer tower, a keyboard and a mouse no paperwork at all, so no instructions for set up for struggling to do that

It's not compatible with my monitor, the cable uses to connect with monitor isn't provided.

Can't upgrade to Win 11. I know it's a refurbished computer, but it should be upgradeable. The processor doesn't meet the minimum requirements for Win 11 and Win 10 will sunset this year. Returning for refund.

I couldn't get it up and running as expected and when I tried customer service no one answered and no one retuned my message.

I receive the Dell Optiplex 7040 Desktop on 29 April 2025 . Bring it to my home , plug everything needed. When the computer open y had only a black screen : Alert ! Rear fan failure F1-retry boot ,F2-set up utility , F5-Onboard diagnostics. How come the computer did not open normaly !! It was suppose to be ready to use !!! after being refurnished !!!!! 1- What can y do whit this problem !!!!! 2- Y read on internet that this computer won't accept to use Windows 11!!!!! 3- After 14 October 2025 no more updates for Windows 10. 4- Y am not satisfied to have a computer that y won't be able to use after October 2025. 5- Y hope that Walmart will be responsible to correct the situation. 6- Y will wait for solution from Walmart because y know they are fare with their customer. 7- Thank you in advance.

Product was advertised as windows 11 pro but instead had windows 10 home and no way to hook up a monitor and did not have a wifi hook up also had some blemish on the case ,,, not worth the price that i had to pay.

The product have a lot of scratches.

Was under the impression that it was discontinued stock.No one informed me it was remanufactured.

After 4 days it quit working.

The wireless doesn't work. it starts and stops. I tried to update the windows software and it dails. When I started it for the first time it had some software installed.
