I finally gave up trying to deal with the endless annoying issues with my previous Windows 10 computer that was purchased from WM dot com some four years ago or so. I discovered this replacement Windows 11 desktop computer on their website, as it's been working flawlessly. It's an excellent upgrade, the price was reasonable and it shipped to me in record time. So for, I've been very impressed.

A nice alternative to buying all new equipment . I was forced to upgrade to windows 11 and this was the best way i found to get the most for my money . Thanks for giving me another option to save some money ! William

Easy setup. Great value. Works well, as expected. A low cost alternative to addressing the required upgrade to from Windows 10 to 11.

Easy set up great condition

This Dell 7010 is a nice computer and I can play my fire games on this one because the processor is much faster than the previous Dell 3010 I had which I couldn't play my fire games. Have to put some more RAM in it though to speed it up more. But it's runs good.

takes very long to boot up, freezes during updates, this is a reconditioned windows 7 unit with windows 11 installed. my old windows 7 computer was much faster. before buying, very much consider a new unit, more costly, but believe will be less frustrating

I didn't even get the model number that I ordered. There was no packing. They sent an HP mouse. Generic keyboard. Tower was scratched and dented. I could have gotten past the scratches but to not even send the right model number??? Very shady Refurbs PCs!!!

stopped working after three days. Reached out to company, did not work, and they ignored me until I said it was going back.
