Lacked clear instructions for setting it up. the "free keyboard and mouse are a joke. the mouse lights up but doesnt work, the keyboard works but doesnt light up. for a newbie, this system sucks
If you're looking for a gaming PC, THIS IS NOT IT. You'd be lucky to play tic tac toe on it honestly. Described as a gaming PC, when in fact it's just a basic desk top computer. I will say the seller response once finally contacted through Walmart.com was courteous, and quick to respond. However, the run around I got from Walmart customer service was subpar at best. I will NEVER buy from Walmart.com again. They provided the worst experience I've ever had with trying to return something. We will now see how long it takes to get a shipping label sent to me, that I was to have four days ago.
Bought this for my son and he has only been able to play on it once. Since the first day it keeps disconnecting from Wi-Fi after a few minutes.
