Very excellent mouse!
Very excellent many-button mouse! Mouse can crawl or zip around the screen with a speed-button and a DISPLAY so you know "what gear you are in"! Left and Right click work smoothly. Scroll wheel works good. It also has Back/Forward side-buttons like deluxe mice have; I "need" these and am lost without them. All this for under twelve bucks! And it looks very good. Happy.

Laser Mouse = More Precision. And Plug-n-Play
This mouse works perfectly. It works as soon as you plug in the USB. Because it's laser it works well on most surfaces. I'm using mine directly on a desktop. The Drivers automatically install because it's plug'n'play. My two frustrations, and why it doesn't get 5 stars, is that Dell doesn't provide an app to configure the buttons. You will want to get a free app for Windows called X-Mouse Button Control in order to configure the buttons. Otherwise the only thing that you can change is the DPI via a manual button on the top of the mouse with a visual LED indicator. My other minor frustration is the finish is piano black so it is going to get fingerprints on it. Great for all mouse needs from student assignments to small business spreadsheets.
