I use this monitor in Landscape mode. Fits perfectly on my desk next to my 32 UH monitor. Color and resolution are great (FYI - I'm partially color blind - so the resolution is what's important to me). Easy to setup, worked immediately with no problems. It replaced a FHD monitor that just didn't have enough resolution for my email.
I have three of these arranged in a row for my office PC setup. I love the 2560x1440 resolution that is just enough higher than the standard 1920x1080 where text is easy to read on a 24" monitor from a short distance. This model has the "hidden" USB-A and USB-C jacks in a pop-out under the monitor which is nice.
For the 24'' monitors in Dell website, this is the only one with higher PPI. You can look the specs when you search. Other 24'' one does not have it. But others are enough, generally speaking. I was looking for high PPI. For 27'' monitor, this higher PPI is kind of normal. Since I have a 27"" one, I would like to have the same higher resolution one and I noticed the difference with the normal ones. The position adjustment is the same as the 27'', all directions, as you would like to have.
Works great, once I figured out that the menu button is not the power button! Just wish it had speakers. Works fine with HDMI. Really appreciate the elevation and swivel functions.
The adjustability of the screen, height and tilt are great. Wish the post that the TV screen sits on was 2 inches shorter which would have been perfect for me if it because of my roll top desk, but that is not the fault of the TV. I made it work
I'm satisfied with the visual and crispy texts. The built quality didn't feel premium, it could've been more sturdy. An the height adjustments seems to have only two heights.
Nice and sharp, bright colors, simple but nice looking display that's reasonably priced. I think it's better than other 4k monitors in a higher price range.
While the image is very good on this monitor, at 100% scaling, the 24" size is simply too small for 2K resolution, i.e., alphanumeric characters, icons, etc., are all too small to be useable since there are so many more pixels per square inch compared to a 1080p screen. Upscaling to 125% only causes blurriness, i.e., the resolution you're left with is poorer than a 24" 1080p monitor. So, since I have limited physical space that prevents me from going with a bigger monitor, I went with a 24" 1080p model. If you want 2K, go with a 27" model.
It was very problematic to set up to with Mac mini m4 pro. Tech support was over 1 hour to simply tell me I needed an hdmi to hdmi mini cable, of course, for more money. None of the provided cables work. Overall good monitor once set up so stars for that, but Dell is a terrible company to work with.
I bought a new Mac Mini with the M4 Pro chip. I verified with Dell this monitor would work with the new Macs. However, it simply does not. Dell support couldn't figure it out, I bought several different cables, all set up correctly and just kept getting display error messages. If you have a new Mac Mini, skip this monitor.
