Works great. Replaced one bought three years ago, and it works perfectly. Great feel for keyboard. Great response. Would be nice to have info re programming programable keys but I guess it is on line somewhere. Recommend it.
I just purchased this product for the second time. Very versatile. My only complaint is that the first keyboard keys tend to "stick" after spilling soda on them, and the mouse scroll wheel seems to cause a "jumpy" mouse after dropping it to the floor 50 times. So be careful. Not like me. 🤣🤣🤣
Hard to review basic items. Both keyboard and mouse are performing very well. Set up was simple.and the size of keyboard is just perfect for my older hands. It is a good weight and secure, plus at a nice angle for typing. Mouse programmed easily and is vomfortable to use, with very good control of miovement.
Good at first, great for controlling 3 computers at once! In less than a year, the mouse became very unreliable, unresponsive. Single and double clicks would not register. Usually required 4-5 clicks. Devices would forget pairing often. Often would not awaken sleeping devices. Keyboard layout difficult to get used to compared to standard keyboard layouts, keys to flat. Have to use "FN" key for common F# commands to work.
I love Dell Products; they've always had great quality and design. I'm excited my company utilizes your products!! However, I have a wireless mouse that has stopped working, and I'm a bit surprised and disappointed. I appreciate any help you can give me regarding this issue.
I ordered this wireless keyboard to work with a new Dell tower plus, but it has been disappointing. Here are the problems: 1. Although it has a usb receiver, the keyboard sporadically loses its connection when the receiver is used. Also, the keyboard fails to respond during high CPU, or disk, operations. A wired keyboard I tried does not have this problem, therefore the problem is with this keyboard, not the PC. 2. The solution to #1 is to connect via bluetooth, which works much better than the usb receiver. However, then the keyboard cannot be used until after windows starts because it has no bluetooth connection until then, which means that the keyboard is dead until windows finishes booting. 3. The keyboard is also mapped very strangely. None of the function keys (F1-F12) work properly without also holding done the FN key. Instead, they do random things that I neither want nor need. 4. The windows shortcut key has been replaced with a dedicated copilot key that cannot be used for any other purpose and hinders my work. I have no need of copilot and have eradicated it from my system, therefore the key is now just a dead and useless key since it cannot be remapped. 5. The numlock key will not stay engaged. It sporadically disconnects during use, thereby making the numeric keypad worthless since I never know what the keys will do. Other than these problems, the keyboard is well constructed and quite heavy compared to other wireless keyboards that I have used, therefore it feels good when used on the lap. However, I am unhappy with the keyboard and cannot recommend it.
I have had several issues with the keyboard and mouse not responding or having a severely delayed response time. I changed settings downloaded updated software and restarted the computer to attempt to make them work properly. My conclusion this far is that the Bluetooth USB connection inserted in the bottom of my Dell all in one screen does NOT pick up the signal when slid down all the way on the Dell stand. I am still verifying that is the problem. Examples included randomly typing letters from keyboard without pressing any keys and the mouse not moving on the screen and responding properly. I also changed the batteries in an attempt to resolve the problem.
I cannot keep this mouse and keyboard connected, not even with the latest updates. I purchased a wireless keyboard and mouse so I wouldn't have chords everywhere. I am constantly having to use my keyboard and mouse with the chords, becasue this keyboard and mouse won't stay bluetooth connected. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT, and I will never purchase another one.
what is happening with Dell??? My Dell keyboard is now failing, approximately 14 months after purchase. The EXPENSIVE computer I bought at the same time, also has issues: the internal camera broke after 13 months. Terrible reliability and quality.
I do not like this product and only bought it because Dell threatened to close my account for non-useage. The keyboard feels cheap and the mouse has no weight to it. I am not using it at all. I went back to my Logitech 710 wireless mouse and keyboard. The Logitech has a keyboard that feels expensive and is precise. The mouse has the weight I love and it's the same price as the Dell, which by the way is a rebranded Microsoft product. In conclusion, I hate the Dell mouse and keyboard and went back to the Logitech. I didn't return the Dell, it shoved it in the closet.
