disappointed
As soon as I logged on it took me to MICROSOFT ad that would not be deleted. I did not get a choice whether I wanted to subscribe....which I DID NOT. I had to get it to get on. That I did NOT LIKE. The computer and parts are all great. Easy set up. Just totally upset about the set up to get started using it. Not Fair to customer to not know this was going to happen. Never encountered this before in other computer or laptops.

came damage. Email the company about the damage and fix the problem. It was my son's Christmas present. He's first gaming pc, he loves it. It's fast, good picture.

Best purchase yet!
I totally recommend this product!! It's very sleek and nice , and also well worth money spent!!! It's great for home work or even just personal use! I love my dell desktop!!

the second time using the computer it said the hard drive could not be found and the replacement parts are no longer available from Dell and the seller has not responded to the email that I sent him letting him know that the computer was not working

Do not purchase!
I have had this less than a mo th and it has already crashed. It told me to update it last night so i did. Now today it has crashed numerous times after taking foreverrrr to log in. Absolutely ridiculous!
