Monitor doesnt connect to the tower. Different speakers than advertised.

Not a good product.
I've had nothing but trouble with this computer. Had to replace the monitor HDMI cord twice and it's already not working again. The computer itself keeps shutting off and back on. I can't get it to stop doing that. Cant reach customer service.
