This unit is very easy to install. It is lightweight too. I installed mine myself in my bedroom. I had a friend that is a HVAC tech pull a vacuum on the system before opening the charge. He said it works great. It is very quiet. I love the display shows you the set temp. Vents will move side to side or up and down. Love it!

This unit works really well for my small house (500 sq ft). It was exactly as described and cools down the house very quickly. It also does a great job at removing the humidity. Per other reviews, the instructions are terrible. I was able to install it myself, but I've also done a lot of construction projects. I would NOT recommend doing this yourself if you are not familiar with hard wiring appliances. Also, you will absolutely need a vacuum pump. I got mine for around $120, so be sure to factor in the extra cost. All-in-all, it's a great system. I just had to rely pretty heavily on my own knowledge, plus "YouTube"ing a few things.

This was a life saver. We have had record high temperatures and my house was a hot sauna. This did the impossible and cooled down the house to the point the kids were saying its cold and grabbing a blanket. It warmed my heart to hear that. Before they complained it was too hot. Even myself complained. It is amazing.

I haven't had a chance to install yet but It was shipped FEDEX and came undamaged and in perfect shape. Going over the instructions and technical data. it will be a valuable asset.

Best AC a very good investment can not beat the value.

Ac functions correctly. Installation instructions are sparse. This is a bare bones unit. It does not have some of the features of other more mid range products. (No protective cove for refrigerant valves. Also the remote is minimalist in function. It does work, time will tell. I bought it because it was the least expensive and I could get a 4 year warranty with Allstate through Walmart

Instructions book worthless. Lucky I have experience with ac systems. Good product at a very good price.

This unit went out which in 1 yr. and i called the company Onebigoutlet and it consist of about 5 people and they not honoring their product I talk with them for 30 days and nothing has been accomplished. I'm now taking other steps to get either a refund or another unit they promise the get back with me and now resolutions at all BEWARE!
