Unless you can check out the unit before purchase I would be skeptical. All was going well until it was time to clean the fitlers. The bottom one would not come out Can you please provide me with images of the issue with the product so we can look into this and assist you right away. This will take a minute but Yes Please take your time image-message can you see it... yes I do apologize that we do not have this part available, would you like to keep it with some discount? well the part ever be available I do apologize that we do not have the restock date it does not want to come in and out of the ac I can try to tape it...and keep it. I can offer you $70 refund to keep the unit avoid return hassle, kindly advise so if i return the unit, do I get to keep the unit until the new one arrives, it is 105 heat index here. You will need to return the unit first if you would like a new unit, may we know this unit wont blow cool air? it works fine except the filter is hard to get in and out...and I imagine eventually it will not come out at all. I keep my filters clean It seems like the issue wont effect normal use. Please let me know how you would like to proceed so I can have this matter resolved. I am very disppointed in this. I will take the $70 refund, because I feel I have no choice, I cannot send the unit in and be without air until the other one arrives. My hand is forced. Im sorry you feel that way. I purchased this unit because the walmart website said it is a 10000 btu heat pump When it arrived and i went to install it this is an air conditioner not a heat pump and this is why i would not recommend
never got it to blow cool air or controls to work
