Could have been a better attachment from the hose to the small exhaust vent. We've only had this for less than a month and are happy with it at this time. It shows you the temp in the room before turning it on, very convenient. The noise level is a lot less than the other one we had. It does have a slightly larger footprint than others with the same BTU's. At this time I would recommend this product.
JUST GOT MY UNIT DELIVERY WAS FASTER THAN EXPECTED. SET UP WAS QUITE EASY THE BIG HOSE WAS KINDA TRICKY BUT IF YOU USE COMMON SENSE YOU WILL GET THE HANG OF IT. I LIVE IN CONEY ISLAND,NY %26 IT'S SUPER HOT RIGHT NOW BUT THIS LIL UNIT IS AMAZING. AS SOON AS I SET IT UP IT GOT MY KIDS ROOM FEELING NICE %26 COLD, I'M ACTUALLY AMAZED AT HOW FAST IT COOLED MY KIDS ROOM. IT IS HEAVY SO BEING A SINGLE MOM HAVING NOBODY TO HELP ME TAKE IT UPSTAIRS IT WAS KIND OF A HASSLE BUT I DID IT LOL. I WILL DEFINITELY BE GETTING ANOTHER UNIT FOR MY OTHER KIDS ROOM. MY KIDS ARE SOOOO HAPPY %26 LOVING I'M A HAPPY MOMMA. SO WORTH EVERY PENNY. I WAS KINDA HESITATING GETTING IT AFTER I SAW THE BAD REVIEWS BUT TO BE HONEST I'M GLAD I WENT WITH MY GUT INSTINCT %26 BOUGHT IT. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYBODY.
Excellent operation with the AC. Haven't tested the heat part yet. I'm using it in an inclosed patio that heats up very hot with the sun shining in. I'm very satisfied with how it keeps my patio cool. I would recommend this product above all others.
System works perfect for a two car garage. It was 94 degrees outside when in my garage was reading 74. 20 degrees difference?..yep. Just buy it and don't think about it anymore. You wont go wrong.
We've only used the AC feature and the app is nice to use when you're on the go, plus a money saver to have complete control of the unit. It's just kind of loud, even on the quiet modes. Great price point for what you get.
worked for about five months when I called to request a refund replacement or repair- they said I had to talk to technical support who would contact me back at a later date we are now a week later and nobody has contacted me back no longer heats
Worked great for the two weeks. Now it's not cooling the room. The compressor will cut on and right back off. Waste of money to buy.
Very disappointed. Bought this Della 14,000 Btu portable air conditioning unit. I've had portable ac units before but never one that has an a problem with it's thermostat. The temperature on the unit always shows to be 5 or 6 degrees higher than the actual room temperature so when in the cooling mode it never reaches the set temperature. Has to be manually changed to fan only or manually turned off. I have reached out to Align that sells it as well as Della and Walmart and so far have hit nothing but a brick wall. Definitely would not recommend a Della portable ac unit.

worked great for two weeks, and then it didn't cool anymore. returned it an niw waiting for refund.
