You only have to remember 1 thing about OTC hearing aids %26 that is volume of ALL sounds are the same! If your TV is medium loud the person sitting next to you will sound even louder! Tapping your foot %26 wadding up paper %26 the TV %26 the person sitting next to you are all going to be heard at the same volume level. The closer they are the louder they will be! I am using the quiet mode with the volume set on 1 or less %26 it is pretty darn nice for this affordable price! I have tried another cheaper OTC brand and it had no settings, modes or volume that I could live with! The quality of the sound is important and these are far better than the 1st one I tried that had a lot of treble and not enough bass! NO APP Required on this winner! I have subscription hearing aids with ear pieces that were made to fit my ear but I like these dome pieces because they bend to fit all the nooks %26 crannies where feedback can get in! I also highly respect this brand for making 1 hearing aid available! I was taken hook, line %26 sinker by the folks who sold me 2 hearing aids when I only needed one! I have a profound sudden sensorineural hearing loss from the 4th Covid shot along with 11,000 folks in 1 country in Europe with others around the world. I could stand next to a running jet engine %26 not hear it! BUT, if you have one of these hearing aids you can adjust the volume up to 120 db and my profound hearing loss is 90 db! This is really a nice feature NOT available on all OTC aids! It has been 2 1/2 years using 1 hearing aid and frankly 1 is enough! ;) I LOVE everything about this hearing aid and kudos to the company %26 designers of this winning hearing aid w/NO APP!

Bought for someone else but it has made a big difference in his life. No need to turn TV up to an annoying level. He can hear important conversations regarding his well-being. I finally found a hearing aid for him I could afford.

It's helping me with my hearing. just what I needed, without going to the hearing place %26 paying higher price. I am very glad you'd had this available. I rate it 5 stars. Nothing was missing everything was intact. This does really work.

Bought this for my husband to better hear the TV. He loves it and so do I!! Great quality! Great price! Easy to operate and love the fact it’s rechargeable; no more dropping those teeny tiny batteries. So happy with this purchase! Would buy again!!

Bought this hearing aid to use until I can get my other high quality pair repaired. NOTE: this is one hearing aid, not a pair. The hearing quality is quite adequate and the rechargeable battery has lasted 3 days so far, May last longer, but I just got it a few days ago. Easy to use while in hand but awkward to change volume while wearing. Still, I would definitely recommend them . Good quality product for the price.

The sound is actually really good, - close on quality to my older regular hearing aid, and i I'd give 5 stars but it's waaaayyyy too large, even with the smallest of the interchangeable plugs. The main body is also huge and won't sit on my ear. Otherwise I'd keep it.

PRICE IS LOW BUT SOUND QUALITY IS NOT THE BEST. WORTH THE CHEAP PRICE. HOWEVER, THERE IS A WHISTLING SOUND IF YOU INCREASE THE VOLUME TOO MUCH. WORTH THE CHEAP PRICE BUT IF YOU CAN AFFORD MORE EXPENSIVE HEARING AIDS THEN PASS ON THIS ONE. I BOUGHT IT ONLY BECAUSE IT IS CHEAP.

85yo, right eardrum ruptured from being hit with basket ball. Hoped that by amplifying sound in that ear my hearing would improve. Didn't work. This device not only amplified the sounds i wanted to amplify, it also amplifed surrounding sounds so that it was like standing on the side of a busy highway while watching TV or having a conversation.

Couldn't get it to fit properly. Not satisfied with it considering there was only one hearing aid to start with but when looking them up the picture showed 2 . the sound quality was fair
