Excellent
This is the second one we've had and it works perfect. They made some nice upgrades since the one we purchased about 5-6 years ago. Well worth the money

Very disappointed
Apparently this Espresso machine had been used. When we bought it I was under the impression i was buying a brand new machine not furbished.

Didn't work correctly out of the box
Couldn't get the machine to make crema. Prior model of DeLonghi BAR32 made good crema until it died a premature death. Called Delonghi support and they said not to use Starbucks coffee (which is what we use and hand work perfectly in the prior unit for 2 years).
