Awesome for the price...
This is my first espresso machine and I am impressed. What I recommend is let it sit for about an hour and a half so that the water can heat up. This will deliver espresso with a nice layer of crema.

Worked great initially.
Worked great initially, but gradually lost pressure to make espresso. Followed all directions and trouble shooting, but now takes forever to drip out a single serving.

Difficult to use
I have owned many espresso machines over the years.So I know how to use a expresso machine. I saw the Delongi Espresso machine online. Delonghi ususally has a good product & the price of the espresso machine was a good value. I ended up returning the DeLonghi Pump. It was very difficult to use and it leaked. Since then I have noticed that model of expresso machine in the clearance section of Sam's club.
