So good I bought a second one
This is my second Delonghi AC unit... I bought this one for my mother in law because her 5th floor Senior Apartment Central AC unit isn't enough to keep up with the summer heat. This unit gives the extra boost that she needs to make her apartment comfortable.

Quick shipping. Box had a lot of dust on it. Well made %26 heavy portable air conditioner. Glad it has wheels!

Completely irresponsible to send a damaged unit.
They shipped me a damaged unit. The box even had "DAMAGED" written on the side. The entire top was crushed, but the box looked normal. Nowhere on the description of the item did it say it was damaged or even an open box.

Box of junk received
The unit arrived totally destroyed prior to or during shipment. The unit was not properly packaged to withstand Fedex poor shipping practices. The shipping box was heavily damaged with parts of the unit broken off and falling out of the box. Walmart arranged for return of the unit. The vendor, Unbeatablesales inc, 888-657-8436 refused to credit back the purchase price. In todays world it is hard to believe that companie likd Unbeatablesales still exist. Walmart should drop them as a vender.

Product was not new!!!! Beware of seller!!!!
Product works decent but was smashed, damaged and used. Not new as stated in description and packaging was terrible.

This item is way to loud for a bedroom. I cannot sleep! Each time it kicks on, sounds like a lawnmower in the room with me. I will be returning to the store.
