Really good machine. Quality of the drinks with fresh beans is great. A couple of minor issues. The rubber tube on the milk dispenser fits very loosely. Every time I clean, it just sort of slips off. Have concern going forward. One other minor issue. The slide on the milk dispenser that is movable to fit different size cups is of concern as it just sort of slides on its own when you extend it. Other than that, things are great. As with the tube, I do have concern going forward. Will watch it for continued issues, but time has a way of continued degradation. Just being honest.

I have to say I am loving this machine so far. It is very easy to use and easy to clean. I have only had it for a month so time will tell how well it holds up as it is a pricey machine.

This machine works wonderfully! It is compact, looks nice and makes delicious coffee. Very user friendly with convenient user profiles. Highly recommend to anyone interested in a fully automatic machine! I also love the changeable hoppers so I can have decaf at night, great job Delonghi!!

Love this machine! I wish I would have purchased it sooner! It is simple to understand and to use. Highly recommend keeping a cup under the dispensing head to catch the hot water from autoclean mode for milk frother and for coffee dispenser. Super simple! If you are thinking about getting this, run and don't walk to do so!

Coffee maker is good. However, beware! We were expecting current model but found that the third party supplier provided an older model. It works fine but has fewer features than the newer model.

I enjoy making coffee with my Rivelia. I have owned it for a month. The only thing I don't like is the temperature of the hot drinks. It just isn't hot enough for how I like to drink them.

I really wanted to love this machine, but the experience was a headache from start to finish. It took two full weeks to arrive after ordering. Once it was here, I spent the first week "dialing it in"—adjusting grind size and temp to get the shot right. Just as I finally got it to where I wanted it, the machine threw an error message and stopped working. I spent half a day with online support trying to troubleshoot, but nothing worked. For an automatic machine at this price point, I expected much better reliability. I've decided to return it rather than risk another unit.
